Midwest Farmers of Color Big Convenings

We convene to build power, relationships, host trainings and caucus on priority issues and strategies. 

Our organization began with a big convening in February of 2020 and we had our 2nd in 2023. 

Each time we bring together our existing network as well as new farmers we’ve met through our organizing.

In addition to meeting and building social connections, we discuss priorities, host trainings and discuss important themes such as Land access, Seeding our cultural foods, Local Food system infrastructure, Soil & Water health & Climate justice.
