MFCC MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENTS

By becoming an Individual Farmer Member of MFCC, I agree to uphold the Individual Farmer Membership Expectations, including supporting MFCC's mission, values, policies, and community accountability practices. 

I understand the Membership Contribution guidelines and, if needed, will work with the Farmer Organizer to discuss a sliding scale or volunteer contribution option. 

I commit to treating fellow members with kindness and respect, protecting the privacy of others, communicating honestly and constructively, and helping create a safe, welcoming community free from bullying, harassment, and discrimination. 

If conflicts arise, I will participate in respectful dialogue and restorative practices to help repair harm and strengthen our collective. 

By joining MFCC, I commit to these shared values and to contributing to a thriving community of farmers of color.

MFCC MEMBER EXPECTATIONS

As an Individual Farmer Member, you play an important role in cultivating a strong, collaborative, and values-driven community.

Members are expected to:

• Uphold MFCC's mission, values, community accountability practices, membership agreements, policies, and governance guidelines.

• Respect and value the knowledge, experiences, leadership, and contributions of fellow members.

• Foster a culture of care by engaging with others through accountability, constructive communication, and mutual respect.

• Complete the required member onboarding orientation to build a shared understanding of MFCC's community, programs, and expectations.
