The Emerging Farmers Conference (EFC) supports emerging farmers, immigrant farmers, and farmers of color who face barriers to the education and resources needed to sustain a strong farm business. Over two days, you will build practical skills, gain resources, and connect with other farmers and farming professionals. Whether you are a new farmer or looking to grow your operation, EFC will equip you for the next stage of your farm business.

Attending EFC 2026:

Choose between 4-hour sessions for people who want more time to learn about a single topic or 2-hour sessions for people who want to learn about more topics. Topics include business planning, crop production, perennial crops, animal husbandry, financing, personal wellness, and more. Interpretation service will be available, along with one-on-one support and a wellness room to take a quiet break.
