Our political, agricultural, and community landscapes are always changing, but we are here together in these moments to help each other grow and thrive through it all.

MFCC Standing in Solidarity: Resources for Safety, Care, and Collective Action

The Midwest Farmers of Color Collective stands with our communities in unwavering solidarity as non-violent protestors continue to resist harmful actions against our communities and loved ones. We affirm our shared right to safety, dignity, and self-determination, and we extend care to the farmers, families, workers, and children who are experiencing fear, intimidation, violence and loss.

We hold close our beloved immigrant brothers and sisters, Indigenous relatives, friends, neighbors, front line workers, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ farmers and all community members who are being disproportionately targeted and harmed. MFCC remains committed to non-violent action, collective care, and the protection of one another in our cities and towns, in our neighborhoods, and across our movements.

We hope the resources gathered below serve as tools of empowerment, protection, and community care. These resources are sourced from past MFCC farmer trainings, community partnerships, and public organizations working to protect families, workers and farmers. As we continue responding to this moment and learn about additional resources, we will keep this page updated.
